Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's authorities. If your shipment arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at service@syrebocare.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
