Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Syrebo Care. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through syrebocare.com.

Order cancellation

You may request to cancel an order by contacting service@syrebocare.com within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, it may not be possible to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the product according to this policy.

Order modification

If you need to modify your order, shipping address, product model, or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible at service@syrebocare.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

30-day returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, please contact service@syrebocare.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a clean and reasonable condition, include the main product, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible, and must not be damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, excessive wear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable accessories, worn pads, single-use items, custom items, and products that are damaged by misuse or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or covered by our warranty.

Damaged, defective, or missing items

If your product arrives significantly damaged, defective, or with missing critical parts, please contact us at service@syrebocare.com with your order number and photos or videos. After review, we may arrange a replacement part, product replacement, repair support, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Minor damage to outer packaging, minor cosmetic scratches, normal wear, and damage caused by improper use are not treated as shipping damage or product defects.

Return shipping and customs charges

Unless the return is caused by our error, a confirmed product defect, or significant shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges. These costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
