The Syrebo SY-M1 is a purpose-built mirror therapy mirror for guided hand and upper-limb practice after stroke. Its foldable mirror-box design can also support mirror visual feedback routines for phantom limb pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), focal dystonia and other conditions when recommended by a rehabilitation professional.
Designed for home and clinic use · Adjustable 65°–90° angle · One-handed setup · Dual observation windows
During mirror therapy, the affected hand is positioned behind the mirror while the reflection of the unaffected hand creates the visual impression of symmetrical movement. This visual feedback is used in rehabilitation practice to support attention, movement observation and repeated task practice.
For step-by-step education, read our evidence-based mirror therapy guide for stroke recovery or watch the Syrebo rehabilitation exercise videos.
Mirror therapy has been studied as a rehabilitation technique for motor practice, pain and visual feedback. Results vary by condition, recovery stage and training plan. The SY-M1 is a rehabilitation aid and does not replace a clinician's assessment or guarantee a specific result. Stop if training causes new pain, dizziness or worsening symptoms, and ask a qualified healthcare professional for guidance.

Yes. It is designed to create mirror visual feedback for guided post-stroke hand and upper-limb practice at home or in a clinic.
The physical mirror setup does not need to be plugged in. Place it securely on a stable surface before use.
The foldable design supports one-handed setup, although some users may still need caregiver assistance depending on arm control and balance.
Frequency and session length should match the plan provided by a therapist or rehabilitation professional. Consistent, comfortable practice is more important than forcing longer sessions.
