Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders of $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options, charges and any exclusions are confirmed at checkout.
Standard delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Canada; 12–18 business days for Australia and New Zealand; and 12–20 business days for other destinations. Battery shipments use separate estimates.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to become active. Customs duties and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Contact service@syrebocare.com and wait for authorization before sending a product back.
Returned products must be clean and in reasonable condition, with the main product, accessories, manuals and original packaging where possible. Items damaged through misuse, unauthorized repair or excessive wear may not qualify.
The customer pays return shipping, customs and related charges unless the return is caused by our error, a confirmed defect or significant shipping damage.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days after approval, plus any additional processing time required by the payment provider.
Warranty and support
Syrebo provides a 1-year warranty for the host and a 3-month warranty for gloves.
Contact service@syrebocare.com for a defective item, transit damage, a wrong order or a product that stops working during the applicable warranty period.
Order changes and payment
Cancellation requests should be sent within 24 hours after ordering. For changes to the address, product model or contact details, contact support as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

The low- and medium-frequency electrotherapy system is an innovative electrotherapy device that combines wired medium-frequency modules and wireless low-frequency modules in one product. It has 4 wired medium frequency channels and up to 36 wireless low frequency channels, which can greatly improve the treatment efficience and overall lower the equipment expense in hospitals. Regarding the treatment efficiency, the system internally installs up to 40 electrotherapeutical prescriptions, and therapists can also set their own prescriptions by adjusting the parameters of the electric wave.
Overview
The frequency of low-frequency electrotherapy is less than 1000 Hz, which can significantly affect the sensory and motor nerves, and each electrical stimulation can induce a muscular contraction response. The main effects of this type of treatment include activating nerve tissue, improving local blood circulation, relieving pain, and reducing inflammatory symptoms.
In contrast, the frequency range of mid-frequency electrotherapy is between 1000 Hz and 100,000 Hz. Due to the increased frequency, this frequency of electrotherapy is able to penetrate deeper into the tissue structure. It has low excitability to sensory nerves and does not cause pain. Because of the human's absolute refractory period, it takes multiple electrical stimuli to induce a single muscle contraction. The main therapeutic effects of mid-frequency electrotherapy include pain relief, improvement of blood circulation, softening of scar tissue, and relief of tissue adhesion.
The innovative Low and Medium Frequency Electrotherapy System combines the above-mentioned two electrotherapies into one device. It supports 4 mid-frequency channels and up to 36 low-frequency channels, is integrated with 40 prescriptions, and can offer rehabilitation spots for up to 40 patients or body parts at the same time, which greatly improves the efficiency of the rehabilitation process and saves the expense for the hospital or rehab center.
