We ship worldwide to over 100 countries via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Orders of USD $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping wherever shipping is available. For orders below USD $90, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Wheelchairs, walking exoskeletons, and standalone batteries require special handling; destination availability is confirmed at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Standard products are normally delivered in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Wheelchairs, walking exoskeletons, and standalone batteries take approximately 30 business days (normally 25–35 business days). Expedited options may appear at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Q: How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email after your order is dispatched, usually following 1–3 business days of processing. You can also use our Track Order page.

Q: My order is later than the estimate. What should I do?
If a standard-product delivery is more than 15 business days after dispatch, or a wheelchair, walking exoskeleton, or standalone battery delivery is more than 35 business days after dispatch, contact service@syrebocare.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly.

Q: Who are Syrebo rehabilitation gloves designed for?
Our gloves are designed for stroke survivors experiencing hand paralysis or weakness, patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, individuals with neurological conditions affecting hand function, and children with cerebral palsy or developmental motor delays (Kids series).
Important: Syrebo devices are rehabilitation tools and are not a replacement for professional diagnosis or therapy. Please consult your physician or occupational therapist before use.
