Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The delivery estimates below begin after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Orders of USD $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping wherever shipping is available. For orders below USD $90, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Product or destination restrictions, if any, are also confirmed at checkout.

Wheelchairs, walking exoskeletons, and standalone batteries require special handling. Availability and the final delivery estimate for these products depend on the destination. If checkout does not show an available service, contact service@syrebocare.com before ordering.

If an expedited shipping option is available for your destination, the additional cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, destination restrictions, or other events outside our control.

Shipping carriers and warehouses

Orders may be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, or other reliable carriers. Depending on inventory and destination, products may ship from warehouses in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, China, or other fulfillment locations.

Customs and import duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order tracking

After your order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us at service@syrebocare.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of any damage. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
