🧤 Product Questions

Q: Who are Syrebo rehabilitation gloves designed for?
Our gloves are designed for stroke survivors experiencing hand paralysis or weakness, patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, individuals with neurological conditions affecting hand function, and children with cerebral palsy or developmental motor delays (Kids series).
Important: Syrebo devices are assistive rehabilitation tools. They are not medical devices intended to replace professional therapy. Please consult your physician or occupational therapist before use.

Q: What is the difference between C10, C12, and E12E?

Model Price Best For Key Feature
C10 $199 Early-stage recovery, tight budget Passive-assisted finger movement
C12 $599 Moderate-to-advanced recovery Active + passive modes, higher torque
E12E $499 Engagement-focused recovery Game mode for motivation, pediatric-friendly

If unsure, C10 is the safest starting point for most users.

Q: What size glove do I need?
Measure the circumference of your palm (excluding the thumb) at the widest point: S (<19 cm) / M (19–22 cm) / L (>22 cm). If between sizes, size up.

Q: Can children use Syrebo gloves?
Yes. The C10 Kids, C12 Kids, and E12E Kids series are specifically designed for pediatric patients. Adult models are NOT recommended for children under 12.

Q: How many times a day should I use it?
We recommend 2–3 sessions of 20–30 minutes each, with rest breaks in between. Always follow your therapist's guidance.

Q: Is the device waterproof?
The gloves are not waterproof. Do not use near water or machine wash. The Soft Exoskeleton (hip device) has IP54 water resistance for outdoor use.

Q: My hand has been dysfunctional for more than 5 years — can Syrebo gloves still help?
The duration of dysfunction is not the only factor in recovery potential. Severity varies by individual. We recommend assessing using the Ashworth Scale or consulting your occupational therapist before purchasing. Our team is happy to advise — email service@syrebocare.com.

🔋 Technical & Maintenance

Q: How long does the battery last?
C10/C12/E12E: approximately 3–4 hours per charge. Full recharge takes about 2 hours.

Q: Can I replace the glove if it wears out?
Yes. Replacement gloves (without the control unit) are available for C10, C12, and E12E models. Search "Replacement Glove" on our store.

Q: The device is not responding. What should I do?
1. Ensure the battery is charged (hold power button 3 seconds).
2. Check the glove is properly connected to the host unit.
3. Try a factory reset (hold power + mode button for 5 seconds).
4. If still unresponsive, contact service@syrebocare.com.

• Meng et al. (2022): 200-patient RCT showing 88% effective rate with Syrebo glove + electroacupuncture vs. 70.8% for conventional rehabilitation alone.

Q: Are Syrebo devices FDA and CE certified?

🏥 Who Should (and Shouldn't) Use Syrebo Devices

Q: Who is a good candidate for Syrebo rehabilitation gloves?
Syrebo devices are designed for adults and children experiencing hand dysfunction due to:
• Stroke or cerebrovascular accident (CVA)
• Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
• Cerebral palsy
• Spinal cord injury (partial hand function)
• Post-surgical hand rehabilitation
• Peripheral neuropathy
Patients at all stages of recovery (acute, subacute, chronic) can benefit, depending on the training mode selected. We recommend consulting your physician or occupational therapist before starting.

Q: Are there situations where I should NOT use a Syrebo device?
Do not use Syrebo rehabilitation gloves if you have:
• Open wounds, skin infections, or broken skin on the hand
• Active deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the upper limb
• Severe spasticity that prevents passive hand movement
• Implanted electronic devices (pacemakers) near the treatment area (for NMES models)
• Bone fractures or dislocations in the hand or wrist (until fully healed)
When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before use.

💳 Insurance & Payment

Q: Can I use FSA or HSA funds to purchase Syrebo devices?
Syrebo rehabilitation devices may qualify as FSA/HSA eligible medical expenses in the United States, as they are designed for the treatment of a medical condition. We recommend confirming eligibility with your FSA/HSA administrator before purchase, as rules vary by plan.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer installment payment options through Shop Pay at checkout. This allows you to split your purchase into equal payments over time at no additional interest (subject to eligibility).

Q: Do you offer discounts for healthcare professionals or institutions?
Yes. We have a dedicated affiliate program for occupational therapists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation professionals. Institutional and bulk pricing is available for hospitals and clinics — contact info@syrebo.com for a custom quote.

Q: How do I request a demo or quote for clinical devices?
Contact our clinical team at info@syrebo.com with your institution name, location, and which devices you are interested in. We will arrange a demonstration and provide institutional pricing.

Q: Is training or clinical onboarding available?
Yes. We provide remote onboarding and usage training for clinical teams. Detailed clinical protocols and patient instruction materials are available upon request.
