Q: How do I join your affiliate marketing program

Q: How to record Affiliate Order
A: When a customer places an order through an affiliate link or an affiliate discount code and pays for the order, we will record the affiliate order and commission in the background. Note that only paid affiliate orders will be recorded. If an order is pending (such as a COD order), it won't be recorded until we mark the order as paid in the Shopify admin.

Q: How long is the exclusive link valid for?
A: Our current referral link cookie is valid for 90 days. If the customer uses the same device to place an order within 90 days after clicking the referral link for the last time, we will record it as a valid order
