Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Items

• Item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included
• Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

• Used gloves — for hygiene reasons, worn gloves cannot be returned unless defective
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accident
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at service@syrebocare.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video of the defect

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return shipping required.

How to Return

1. Email service@syrebocare.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective)
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process the refund (5–7 business days), your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Warranty

• Device unit (host): 12 months from date of purchase — covers manufacturing defects
• Battery: 3 months from date of purchase
• Gloves: Not covered by warranty (consumable item)

Warranty does not cover: misuse, water exposure, physical damage from drops, or unauthorized modifications.
