Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders of $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options, charges and any exclusions are confirmed at checkout.
Standard delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Canada; 12–18 business days for Australia and New Zealand; and 12–20 business days for other destinations. Battery shipments use separate estimates.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to become active. Customs duties and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Contact service@syrebocare.com and wait for authorization before sending a product back.
Returned products must be clean and in reasonable condition, with the main product, accessories, manuals and original packaging where possible. Items damaged through misuse, unauthorized repair or excessive wear may not qualify.
The customer pays return shipping, customs and related charges unless the return is caused by our error, a confirmed defect or significant shipping damage.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days after approval, plus any additional processing time required by the payment provider.
Warranty and support
Syrebo provides a 1-year warranty for the host and a 3-month warranty for gloves.
Contact service@syrebocare.com for a defective item, transit damage, a wrong order or a product that stops working during the applicable warranty period.
Order changes and payment
Cancellation requests should be sent within 24 hours after ordering. For changes to the address, product model or contact details, contact support as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

This non-powered resting hand splint is an adjustable hand and wrist brace designed to support the wrist, palm, thumb and fingers in a comfortable resting position. It can be used during daily rest or as part of a clinician-directed home rehabilitation plan after stroke, wrist injury or surgery.
What this hand support brace does
- Supports the whole hand: Four finger loops, a separate thumb support and adjustable wrist straps help keep the hand positioned.
- Adjusts to the user: The bendable aluminum plate at the thumb can be shaped gradually to a comfortable angle.
- Comfortable for resting use: Breathable fabric and support sponge cushion the hand, while hook-and-loop straps make the fit adjustable.
- Left- and right-hand options: Choose the side that matches the hand needing support before adding to cart.

How to choose the correct side
Select Left Hand when the left hand needs support, or Right Hand when the right hand needs support. The two versions are shaped for their stated side and are not interchangeable.
How to wear the hand and wrist brace
- Insert four fingers into the four loops and secure the wrist strap.
- Bend the aluminum plate at the thumb gradually to a comfortable angle, then secure the thumb strap.
- Wrap the outside palm strap across the back of the hand and around the wrist.
- Fasten the remaining palm strap. The brace should feel supportive, not painfully tight.
Resting Hand Splint Questions
Is this a robotic rehabilitation glove?
No. This product is a non-powered resting hand splint. It supports hand and wrist positioning but does not actively open or close the fingers and has no motor or electrical training modes.
Is this hand splint suitable for stroke recovery?
It is designed to provide resting hand and wrist support and may be used as part of a rehabilitation plan after stroke. It does not treat the cause of hand weakness or spasticity. Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether a resting splint is suitable for your hand position, skin condition and muscle tone.
Can the support angle be adjusted?
Yes. The aluminum plate at the thumb is bendable so the angle can be adjusted gradually. Stop using the splint and seek professional advice if it causes pain, numbness, swelling, skin irritation or color changes.
How do I clean the splint?
Hand wash gently and dry in the shade. Close the hook-and-loop fasteners before washing and make sure the splint is fully dry before wearing it again.
This product provides positioning support and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow the advice of your doctor, occupational therapist or physical therapist after a fracture, surgery, acute injury or stroke.
