How long and how often should I train each day? ＋
Clinical studies recommend 20–40 minutes per session, once or twice daily. Consistency matters more than intensity — daily training for 8–12 weeks produces the most meaningful functional improvements in grip strength and range of motion.
What intensity level should I start with? ＋
Start at Level 1 or 2 and increase gradually as your hand adapts. The device has 9 intensity levels. A common first-week protocol is: Level 1–2 for 5 minutes, then increase to Level 3–4 as tolerated. Never train through pain — mild stretch is normal.
Is the glove available for both left and right hands? ＋
Yes — the glove is available as Left hand, Right hand, or Bilateral (both hands). Select your option when adding to cart. For bilateral stroke patients, the bilateral set allows simultaneous training of both hands.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it? ＋
The control unit charges via USB-C and provides approximately 3–4 hours of continuous use per full charge (about 4–6 training sessions). A full charge takes roughly 2 hours. The LED indicator shows battery level.
How do I know which size glove to order? ＋
Measure the affected hand (not your healthy hand). Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your palm at the knuckles to get hand width; measure from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist crease for hand length.
Are there any contraindications or reasons I should not use this device? ＋
Do not use if you have: open wounds or skin infections on the hand, a cardiac pacemaker or implanted metal devices in the hand/wrist, severe spasticity (Ashworth Scale 4+), or are pregnant. Always consult your physician or occupational therapist before starting if you are unsure.
